Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.

If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be processed.
b. After Dispatch
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customers may still raise concerns under the return/refund section if applicable.
2. Return Policy
Due to the nature of packaged drinking water, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:
